Our Team
Askar Nurgaliyev has successful track record of developing international hotel complexes since 2005. Our team has extensive experience in project management, construction, design, budgeting, logistics, and equipping international hotels and business centers. We participated and managed such projects as the conversion of the former Sheraton hotel according to the Double Tree by Hilton standards in Aktobe, the construction of Radisson, Hampton by Hilton, Park Inn, Holiday Inn Express in Astana, Rixos Dubrovnik in Croatia, Hyatt Regency, Kempinski Minsk in Belarus, Crowne Plaza in Tashkent, Holiday Inn in Tashkent, Double Tree by Hilton in Shymkent. We have extensive knowledge and wide network at the international hospitality and commercial real estate market.
